It's about time this was brought up again, those lads are hardly Keith Moon.

I'd ban it completely it does as much for the atmosphere as scantily clad teenagers dancing out of time to crappy dance music. Its as high on the list of things I detest as facepainting, men on stilts squirting water and music being played over the tannoy to get people singing a particular song. If we ever go down the road of assigning a player a particular song I'll stop going to home games but the drumming in itself is bad enough.

The current drumming is worse than the drumming they used to randomly play over the tannoy to get people going, and THAT was pretty terrible...

The drumming in the South Stand stifles the atmosphere more than adding to it.

To be fair, after a decade of trying we need to just accept it. We'll never get a consistant decent atmosphere at the all-seater DW stadium.

There's nothing we can do about it and we have to put up with it, but it's still not ''home'' to me. Oh well.

I auditioned but apparently I lowered the tone. They chose Jack Dee to brighten things up a bit.
