Went to the video for two of ours yet gave that without a second thought, could have easily been dropped.

To be fair I thought he came up with a few bad calls tonight, but he was not helped by his touch judges.

6/10 for me but still by far the best ref in the league.

2. He turned up with a whistle
3. He made the occasional correct decison

He was a 2 or 3 AT MOST tonight, Ablett should have been sent off, Bailey should have been sin-binned, Coleys was extremely harsh, Leeds got away with a longer string of penalties than we did for Coleys yellow.

The touch judges bottled the Ablett incident not Ganson.

Why should Bailey have been binned? For raising his knee?! Never. Penalty yes not a binning.

Coley was harsh and incorrect. Wigan gave a run of 8 or 9 penalties in in the space of 10-12 minutes just prior to and after half time, while I do not agree it was a penalty for the Coley hit, if he was going to give a penalty he had to bin him.

Leeds got the rub of the green on a few eye catching calls but generally when the calls came down to Ganson he did ok.

I think there needs to be some sort of official clarification on what exactly an 'official warning' is as highlighted in the commentary.

Does it mean X amount of minutes have to be played without a penalty to avoid a sin bin; if so how many?

The Ablett incident was a bad one and should have been a straight red BUT there was no way he could have seen it, the touch judges should have made the call.

In the 10 minutes prior to half time we nearly self destructed silly silly play. I think the Coley penalty was not a penalty but if the ref saw it that way he had to make him walk.

Bailey on the high kneww was a first offence did not deserve a binning. Craig Smith used to raise the knee, the difference is Smith was better at it. It was a dirty play and Leeds showed there lack of class tonight with their tactics bit personally I would have been disappointed had that knee resulted in a binning.

Leeds string of penalties to warrant a warning and the following penalty were not nearly as close together as ours were.

All the strips, high shots knock ons he got right for me.

Not his best performance and at times frustrating, but if that is the worst refs performance this weekend SL will have had a great round from a reffing point of view.

No. That game was the most significant game of the weekend.

Big games need big performances from refs. Ganson's performance warranted a BARLA game.

3/10 imo.
