Our last two performances haven't been the best. But I think it's a bit early for even the most hopeful troll to call time on Maguire yet.

We've not been playing great but we've still been picking up the points which is always a good sign.

I really hope we go back to our basics on Friday. Let's get that fearsome defence working again. If we can shut them out then there is no doubt we will win on Friday.

I'd play Deacon in this game and go for a simple game plan of defending well, playing the teritory game with our kicks and making hard yards up the middle. It was the simple things like this which built our confidence up in the early rounds and myabe it's time to fall back on them?

Playing Deacs and defending well don't seem to go well. His defence at times is laughable.

He's still the best kicker at the club tho.

Tommy is a good player but if we want to play a controlled game then Deacs is the only option.

For the past few weeks we've been to fancy and trying to force the pass. Our error count has been higher than average and we've stumbled. Maybe as I said before it's time to makes things simple again? Deacs can do that

I think that's a bit harsh. His defence was excellent against Salford and our defence in general was spot on in that game with him in the side. Not his strong suit for sure, but 'laughable' is a going a bit far!

As I said 'At Times' he can get it completely wrong. I didn't say his defense was awful all the time. He is by no means the only scrum half in the league who is prone to 'Turnstile' moments though.
