Sometimes he passes when he should take the line on and sometimes he goes when he should pass but then name me a player that doesn't take the odd wrong option.

Overall he's an incredible prospect and without doubt the most exciting i've seen pull on a Wigan shirt since Superleague began.

He does have that confidence to stand up to players. Im sure in one of his first games he was having a go at Peacock for trying to slow the play the ball down and shoved him away. Brave to do that with such a great player like Peacock

It will be fans like yourself that will do that when you fail to give him criticism... Believe me.

This is probably more accurate. Back rowers running angles would suit Sam more, causes confusion with the opposition defence meaning either a well timed pass or a widened gap for him to duck through and break clear.

That the thing though, there are a lot of so-called fans who have ruined players on here by their constant criticism.

Very, very rarely do I rip into players on here after a poor performance. IMO if a player shows effort and desire then that is all we can ask for. Sometimes it will come off for them and sometimes it will not.

Of course he will have a bad game, in fact I expect him to have a few. It’s all part of the learning curve. But mark my words, I will not be joining in on any player slating unless it lack of effort as opposed to things not clicking for him.

And what’s all this "believe me" rubbish. Are you involved in SL coaching? Or are you (like me) just a fan? If it is the latter then you are no more qualified to speak than any other tom, dick or harry on here.

I thought this was a rugby league forum? It's inevitable that people are going to discuss a players' strengths and weaknesses.

Don’t be Facetious, of course you are allowed to air you views, just don’t get the hump when someone disagrees with you.

He'll learn all the moves, and he'll learn the art of not being predictable. That's what makes him such an exciting player. I hesitate from using the term 'prospect' as he's already proved that.
