Brown appears to be a superb coach, with modern day techniques and a great style of play to win games

| The only one i'd have back in a shot would be Wild.
How good is Nathan Brown though!? What a guy.

| Brown was my MOM today but the only players we should of kept is Briscoe, Wild and Gilmour but we have better back rowers coming through now so I am not fussed.
Although Phelps has been brilliant I would have Briscoe back anyday, there is nothing better than having a class player who wants to play for you club in one of your main positions.

| The bottom line is they are going to Wembley and Wigan's sorry shower of no-hopers is not.
they are also above us in the League.
They have a coach with ideas; has anyone seen a move like the kick on the first tackle work for Wigan recently?
Huddersfield work for each other and have excellent support play.
I am totally disenchanted with the unprofessional layabouts currently disgracing the cherry and white.

| Would only have Wild back of that lot. Why are people acting like it's the end of the world because we lost in the semi final of the challenge cup against a class side? People might claim Warrington aren't a class side but IMO they've been a sleeping giant for a long time. Now they have a quality coach it's all falling into place for them, they'll be tough to beat for any team at the moment.
All that the semi's have taught/reminded us is:
a - Our pack isn't good enough, we need a new prop and to sort out Paleaaesina's defence, probably by turning some fat into muscle. I'd say we need to sort out Fielden's attack but I think he's beyond help. Drop him to the academy and see if he stands out there even.
b - Noble isn't that great a coach, whether better is available I don't know.

A good post until your last statement about a 'great style of play'.
They are actually quite dull to watch....very structured, very disciplined, little flair....(saying that the first try of the second half was a fantastic pre-set move... ).
It is because of this dullness that they are acheving so much success...A similar thing appears to be happening with my side, Warrington....For years we had Paul Cullen attempting to turn us into the Kevin Keegan-era Newcastle Utd of Super League...A 'You score 40, we'll score 41' mentality...Eventually, this naiveity got found and Cullen got sent on his way to his rightful home (The National League).
Now we have finally found a coach who realises the importance of discipline and structure, and with it results have improved, even if entertainment is sometimes lacking on what we were used to.
Just remember back to your successful sides of the late 80's, early 90's and you will realise that, yes you did have some great individuals, but importantly they played to a well thought out plan from some great coches of that era.

I thought all of Hudds tries were great especially the first, it was perfection and the last one was a moment of brilliance from Hodgson and some poor defense from Graham.
