Bring Bailey in as a straight swap for Goulding and IF OLoughlin is fit for the match then I personally would drop Joel and keep Flanagan based on his merit against Saints.
Only fair IMO, If Lockers is back then we have an attacking backrower back so after Joel had a poor game I think its only reasonable that Flanagan gets his chance again for an almost flawless performance against the best

Given Gouldings injury i think only one player will have to miss out from the backrow last Friday anyway even if both Bailey and Lockers are back.
I think we all know that man would more then likely be Flanagan however unjust.
I doubt Lockers making the game anyway so i think we'll just be looking at Bailey coming back in for Goulding with Flanagan dropping down to the bench.

O'Loughlin and Bailey back in full training this week according to Bailey himself on his blog on the Wigan site-

I don't think Bailey is any risk with it just being a dead leg but i'm not sure on Lockers. He's a huge player for us but we stand half a chance of making it through to Wembley and i wouldn't like to think he'd play in this game, break down and miss out on a final appearence.

If locky aint 100% fit he shouldn't play simple we all saw what happened last season when we rushed him back cause we are going to need him over the next month

We need to sign at least one and then next season we'd be able to choose from 6 or 7 options. Hopefully we may even see a new Stuart Fielden because the guy will be playing to save his career either here at Wigan or somewhere else. |
