We are having two nights in Travelodge, one day for the game and the day after at Oakwood Theme Park.

Still got the theme park bug after just getting back from 2 weeks in the USA doing many insane rollercoasters

We once tried to get to Oakwood from a campsite near Betswycoedd... took us 6 hours without a sat nav!

But there are some cool rides there!

Yeah Megafobia and Speed are pretty decent rides, not suprised it took you that long without a satnav, it is in the middle of nowhere.

The 7 hour journey back in the dark was the highlight

But seriously, its not a bad place! Honest!

Anyone staying at the Wetherlodge and driving down are able to park their car overnight on there.

Same here, I had been planning it all year, but it's the weekend before my last week of exams

so I'll be revising... Awesome

Sorry but we are fully booked for 13th June... there is a huge cycle race in town that weekend and we have been fully booked for at least 6 months. You might get a last minute cancellation nearer the time but I should think the situation is the same in all the guest houses, hotels etc because people have been frantically phoning around for ages.
