One I always remember was at The Stoop, 1st July 2006, we hung on to win a tight game by 24-26, the Wigan fans travelled in numbers that day and gave fantastic support all through the game at a time when we really needed it. At the final whistle the players came over to the army of fans and everyone single one stood and sang 'I'm Wigan till I die',even now, typing this, it makes the hair (whats left of it) on the back of my neck stand up, whenever its sung now (not often enough) it makes me proud to be a Wiganer and support this club.
