I feel your pain Tuggles.
Spending about 50% of my first 16 years growing up in the borders region, I have a lot of friends from North of the border.
I am still referred to as the sassenach (sp?) when speaking to them.

Where exactly has Baba black sheep been banned? I have never found anywhere that has banned it, I know there is another version of Baba to do with a rainbow sheep but that hasn't replaced that black sheep version(s)

It isn't banned in any school I have worked in and the nursery my son is at were singing baba black sheep when I picked him up before.

Its been banned at every nursery ive worked at and i know its frowned upon by OfSted. Maybe it just up to the individual school/ nursery

When Maurice sold me to Leeds something changed, it just not the same, the passion inside me just wasn’t the same as running out at Central park for my hometown club.
We need a change of culture here; we don’t want to be just happy with playing ok on Saturday at St Helens.
Ill make sure that from now on things will change, that players will be under pressure and will train a lot harder than they have before.

I think it is. Tbh I wouldn't be happy sending my child to a nursery that saw things in that way. |
