Every new coach is unproven til they start their job................why the negativity.....just reserve your judgement til the end of next season.....then judge him by what he has provided .............simple

i don't know much about the man, what is his coaching pedigree? The majority of you seem very pleased though, which sounds promising

Every new coach starting out is unproven. But as a lot of you say you are the biggest club in the world. Would United replace Ferguson with a new comer - I doubt it. If you want to be the best , you have to spend the money for the best.Lets be honest it is widely know that the job was offered to others before Maguire - so he was hardly the first choice.

From watching the interview you can immediately tell that he and Lenegan get on and from what he says he obviously share's the same feelings on how to take the club forward as Lenegan.

So so happy for Wane that he gets his chance as well, I'm sure he'll be pushing for some of the youngsters to get a game or two next year such as Mellor and Thornley.

Kearney is well known. It is also fairly well known that he said 'no' because he wanted the Kiwi job.
