In this scenario, if Help The Aged which is a group and a phrase, were hijacked by a group with questionable motives then you should stop saying 'help the aged, no we aren't anything to do with Help The Aged, are you too thick to tell the difference?'.

You'd say 'Support the elderly, or assist OAPs, or comfort the vintage persons in their later years' or whatever you want, there's a lot of different ways it can be said rather than calling it the same as something else which a lot don't agree with.
