| I'd like to look back on how we responded to 2006:
Noble steadied the ship.
New ownership.
Concentrated on youth development.
Brought in an ambitious assistant coach from the NRL.
Topped the League.
Won Super League.
Won the Challenge Cup.
Replaced coach with Wigan born assistant coach.
Won Super League.
Won Challenge Cup.
Another couple of seasons just missing out as Champions.
Won Super League with half a team, made up of young Wigan lads.
How have Cas done since 2006?

| Is anyone aware of what the current level of funding provided to clubs by the RFL is? This is always going to be a significant portion of revenue for the clubs and until this increases on a major scale we'll always be one step behind.
The next NRL funding agreement for example is muted to be around 130% of their current salary cap (currently $6.1m) per season. Are we even in the same ball park?

| 2016 the game Wigan won and the ref was that bad Cas fans stated he had been removed from SL the following week, it never happened.
Super 8 game Cas win and the ref is that bad he is removed from SL the following week, but not a peep out of the sister lovers and their coach
Personally I don't like the move that Solomona pulled, the club don't deserve that and it could set a dangerous precedent, that they can somehow blame Wigan shows how bitter their fans can be.

| Most of the animosity from other clubs like Cas Tigers toward Wigan comes from your total disregard of anything other than yourselves. A typical example been the stunt you pulled this week with the "bus trip" to Sale Sharks.
It's OK to point at your success been the factor - but take a step back and think. Why are you the most despised club in SL ?

The irony of it all. You accuse Wigan of looking after themselves when sides like Cas, Wakey and a few others have kept the cap so low it is now the cause of yourselves losing you best player. You have done nothing as a club to combat it. You lose 1 player due to your own inadequacies and it seems some blame Wigan for it.
To give clubs like Cas a chance to compete with Wigan, Saints, Leeds, wire etc we have lost Sam T, Joel T, Faz, Burgess, Jason Robinson and a few more. Seriously you need to looking at why your owner did not use the marquee cap space to keep Solomona.

He's probably using all his spare cash on duct tape to keep that "stadium" of theirs upright.

I think the SKY funding is £2.446m pa. which is also about 130% of our salary cap.
In The RFL's annual report from last year ( media.therfl.co.uk/docs/RFL%2020 ... Report.pdf) they say that distributed funds are at their highest ever with unprecedented financial stability.
Yet clubs still can't pay our players what they deserve.

SL clubs have all benefited from youngsters coming through the Wigan system. If it wasn't for Wigan (and Saints and Leeds) bringing players through, the game would be in a damn sight worse state than it is. We don't expect thanks, but a moment's reflection wouldn't come amiss.
As for the bus-trip, that of course was pre-planned months ago. Yes, the timing is unfortunate, but we're not fortune tellers. Do you really think we'd deliberately set ourselves up as the big bad bogeyman, just to annoy Cas fans?
News just in: the world does not revolve around you!

I think you need to read this to understand that the whole trip was planned months ago.

I don't agree with them going but can understand why as part of the "tour" they decided to go ahead with it as they wouldn't have been able to get a change of venue at such short notice.

Because we are the to dogs, past, present and future. And the best most small clubs can hope for is to pick up a meaningless league win against us.
Regards,
Typical arrogant Wiggin fan.

| Teams like Cas, Wakey & Huddersfield bring nothing to the super league party whatsoever . They are like leeches just sucking the life juice from the game but give nothing back in return. Cas own ignorance is the reason that they are in this position, they are taking legal action knowing that they can't win, ala Bradford bulls and the iestyn harris saga and we all know what happened to the bulls after that.
