Now having to drive to Wembley and park in the disabled car park - was planning on tubing in from The O2.

Not looking forward to the drive. Any traffic avoiding tips anyone?

Go the night before and stay over, (thousands are) or set out very early, its much easier to kill time around Wembley, than be frustrated in a jam.
Take the M6, M6 toll (you'll thank me) M40, A40 route to best avoid the jams.
