All I said on here was that Potter didn't complain about Wigan's tactics.
However, as you were.

| I think we should let all the fans decide how entertaining Wigan were. Watch boots 'n' all the tries tonight. If you see two better tries in a game than Joel Tomkins and Amos Roberts (second) then I will be very surprised.
I suggest John Kear watches and bows in appreciation.

Did he? Oh. Ok then. As I said, I didn't hear him on the radio as I was at the match. I didn't even know he had been on the radio. As I also said.
He hasn't criticised them on the Saints website anyway, which is where he usually does his criticising if he's going to.

So, John, should refs penalise or not?

20333_1393344959.gif Current thoughts - Mago out or get running up them plantations, get fit or get rid.
Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal.
Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_20333.gif |

I think she is that 'female' Saints fan who shouted "Ficking Pruck" when O'Loughlin so called high tackled Ginger bollarks.
Don't women Saints fans all look the same?
Chubby with short red hair, black leggings and a purple fleece shouting abuse.

I thought Amos' first was better, personally.

| I gave Kear the benefit of the dount yesterday after seeing the bit-part quote in the OP but having now seen the quote in full I am quite stunned. Didn't have Kear down as a moaner. Perhaps it was just heat of the moment after the match. I do sympathise with the opposition after being on the receiving end of it from Huddersfield at home last year which did go down as one of the most boring matches I've ever witnessed. However I do realise the irony that I'm not complaining as much now we're the beneficiaries

| Another limited coach comes out and slams us when we've battered their side with a mixture of tactics, pace, aggression, skill and power.
I used to get bored when i'd turn up at 5 a side footy and get beat 20-0 each week. Funny thing was If I turned up and we won a game or even just competed in it and didn't get embarrassed i'd go away pretty happy and at least feel we'd had our money's worth.
Very bitter comments those which is a suprise as I read some positive comments from Kear elsewhere.

| I feel sorry for the Wakey fans who made the journey over. Bad enough being hammered, let alone your coach totally embarrassing you after the game is over.
I suppose Kear feels like he's been around long enough that his words should carry some weight in the RL World. He seems to regard himself as one of the wise old men of Superleague - rather than a sad Zippy from Rainbow lookalike with specs and an annoying nasal voice, which is the way I've always thought of him.

| A rather more balanced comment from someone who was in the thick of it yesterday. (Taken from a thread on the Wakey board)
Quote: t drednowts is cumin! "danny kirmond did 60 tackles yesterday and was battered and bruised afterwards! He also said that wigan were the best team he'd ever faced. Credit to Wigan, turn the crusaders over and things will look ok. up the trin!
