I disagree that his qualifications are higher.
He's been assitant coach for two sides who have been poor the last couple of years against Maguire who has been assistant at the team which has been to 4 GFs in a row and won 2 of them.
Granted he doesn't coach a national side but who would you say has had the better coacing education, especially as he started out working under Matthew Elliot? |
