| I would have preferred an easier draw, similar to what Saints or Wire have. But equally it could have been a whole lot worse.
I'm confident though. Particularly after watching Bradford against Fax today.

| Decent enough draw. We'll need to be on out guard as anything can happen in a cup tie but if we can't win at Bradford we don't deserve to win the cup.
Saints and Wire get the bye yet again. A decent run of draws can go along way to you winning the cup as proven over the last few years.

Saints and wolves have got a ok draw but we can only play who's put infront of us.
A lot of idiots claiming it was a fix

| I definitely dont think the draws for any of the rounds are fixed, but I think it certainly highlights how ridiculous it is when Wire fans try to put the SL title on a par with the CC. Fair enough the final is a massive occasion but at the end of the day its 5 games, 1 or 2 of which are effectively a bye due to being played against lower quality opposition.

| I don't think it's fixed to favour anybody but it does appear that the big teams have ben deliberately kept apart in the early rounds. The line-up for for the quarter finals should be pretty tasty

Obviously the draw isn't fixed but some will always say that.
Its neither yours or Wires fault you get some decent draws and now and again you have had the odd tough game thrown in. Its all down to luck with the draw and over the past few years we've not had that much but then maybe you make your own and hopefully with us now being a better side we can do that.

| Lol @ Fix allegations. You're not exactly playing Leeds are you? As shown today Bradford are playing hardly better than a lower league side. Only got yourselves to blame if Bradford beat you. And why would they fix it so Wire and Saints get through easy and not Wigan?

Spot on.
It's normally comes down to winning two/three big games for the cup.
When you look at the hub cap or GF you've just gotta do so much more.
You've got home and away games vs Leeds, Saints, Wire and Hudds which means you've more than doubled how many big games you play in the cup. Comming out on top after that plus all the other games means far more than an outdated cup ever will.
That's no matter how much people put down the hub cap.

| I blame that Whinos supporting Neville Longbottom making the draw. He evidently put a spell on the balls

There is a fiarly high likelyhood that the 'big four' will evade each other at this round.
I think its quite ridiculous to say the draw is fixed. If it was really fixed the RFL would want to stick two big ties in for each round, in order to make it look good on tv, whilst always saving the best supported teams for the final, which rarely happens.

I'd like to see what the saints draws have been over the super league era. I seem to recall us beating all super league opposition at least two years.
Why anyone would think the RFL would fix the draw is just crazy.
