Got to say that we have made far to many errors - That is why we are struggling BUT the ref and VR have been an absoulte joke which has contributed to the loss of momentum and confidence - A definite reason why the officials MUST be neutral if Ive ever seen one !

James Roby is the standout English player. He is tackling about 5 stone above his weight.

Same old same old. Pings us for a forward, which probably was but it was a 50/50 call. Then Tequiri goes all quarterback a couple of plays later and suddenly Archer and his linemen are looking elsewhere.

Well that was the usual from England in terms of what we can control. The basics of the game just aren't good enough and thats because in superleag they don't have to be to get a win most weeks.

The 2 incidents that really summed it up for me where Briscoe bombing an easy catch in the corner that Pat Richards could have taken with his leg cast on and one arm tied behind his back and the other was Roby going without the ball from dummy half! He's a fine athlete and a top player but in conditions like those you can't be doing that.

On a side note i've not seen a player look quite out of his depth as much as Cudjoe has in this first half. He seems to be half asleep at times and I presume thats down to nerves. In fairness to him he's never a centre in a million years and to be asked to play there on your test debut is probably a little unfair.

Backs are the liability here... forwards are not doing too bad IMO. We putting the big hits in and making ground.

Until something is done about the reffing it's tough to take the international game seriously.

I'm not sure but I presume there aren't any kiwi refs in the NRL and if that is the case why so? We have Alibert in superleague and he should be reffing this game if the Aussies can't provide a top line alternative that isn't Australian.

Sorry but Lockers is struggling at 6. His defensive decisions have been pretty poor for 3 of the Aussie tries, albeit in a defensive line that was attempting to slide and brolen play. He hasn't done much with the ball in hand either....Not an International 6 Mcbannana !

He'll be a scapegoat no doubt but to be fair he's having to try and defend 2 positions because Cudjoe looks like he's forgot he's on a rugby field.

In Mcbannanas defence, you can't coach against knocking the ball on Under 8's style 5 or 6 times. Our gameplan seemed to be a good one and we had the Aussies on the ropes until that ridiculous VR decision.

All the Aussies have done is punish our errors and score 2 'non' tries.

Worst half I have ever seen from him at this level and its his defence that is letting him down.
