I don't think its IL who needs to worry its the RFL. Its not good that these games attract so few speccies. I was quite shocked to be honest to see the empty spaces at the ground.
I must admit I thought twice about going mainly because of it being a Sunday and my son has to get up for school tomorrow but we went and we go back to Chester at 22:10 so it wasn't really a problem.
As a season ticket holder I do think we should get any home playoff games in with the price and if we did the crowds would easily be bigger. We had different people say next to us than usual so the two who have season tickets.

Games as big as Grand Finals define individuals and clubs. Remember, we only rent these journeys. In my time I had Pat Richard's shirt. Ellery Hanley had Sean O'Loughlin's jersey. Sam Tomkins is wearing Radders' number one jersey. Andy Coley is wearing Shaun Wayne's jersey. You have to make a mark in these shirts before you hand it down to someone else. Hand it back. So be aware for 80 minutes that you are not only playing, but you are also writing history and creating legacy. How many people actually write history - not many? A big stage demands big players…..INSPIRE YOUR TEAM MATES.

What i mean is, the fan who pays week in week out would have been there tonight, generally. I know season ticket holders who didn't go because 1) their ticket didn't get them in tonight, and 2) it was on telly.
They stayed in the pub all day watching Man Utd, then Chelsea, then Wigan.
Sad i know, but a fact. |

Absolutely disgusting attendance. I despair, the biggest game of the season so far (bar the CCSF) and 8000 odd turn up, people that didn't turn up should be ashamed.

My sister normally goes to every game with me and takes my 4 year old nephew. Neither went tonight because the game only finished at 8.45 and he is at school tomorrow. There are normally quite a few people with young children near where I sit. None were there tonight so it's likely that many stayed away due to it being late on Sunday night. Nothing to do with protest or having to pay.

Sorry mate but i disagree, the fans have turned up in numbers only to be served up rubbish on a regular basis, and tonight was no exception. The fans are the last people you should be complaining about. |

I imagine they would, but there is no chance of a Grand Final spot so there is no point of even exploring that avenue. |
