| I've just seen this, good to see season ticket holders being treated poorly again,as this surely will mean one less game at the DW,still solves the "february pitch" problem i suppose.

| Knowing our "luck" by the time we line up for the league game against Hull, 60% of our starting line-up will be crocked!

| Surprised it took a whole minute before we had a season ticket whinge. Need to see how the club price season tickets before the Wigan whinging can officially commence.

| "We firmly believe that the Wigan and Hull fans will be as excited about this venture as we are and we have announced early to allow fans the chance to plan their trip to Australia," Warriors chairman Ian Lenagan said.
Hull chairman Adam Pearson added: "There will be a great deal of excitement from fans of both clubs and we're sure many will want to travel to New South Wales for such an historic occasion, support their team and help showcase all that is good about rugby league in the UK."
Who, in their right mind, believes 6mths is enough for a rugby league fan, or anyone for that matter to plan or afford a trip to Oz? I certainly couldnt.

It's not as expensive as you may think, just got to keep an eye on the flight prices, and Air BnB is very well priced

| I see absolutely no point in doing this.
At least it's not in Millwall.

I put this almost word for word on the Hull board.
I'd love to know Rhinoshaund's method on booking a trip, 6 months to do some Googling & research is plenty of time, and stick a chunk on the credit card if needs be. I can't go to see FC play as I'm going to the WC in November. We're doing Melbourne, Auckland, Cairns & Brisbane over three weeks - all flights, both longhaul and internal, plus staying in AirBnb's as a party of four, is costing us c£1,500 each. If fans really wanted to, I'm sure they could manage to squirrel away £250 a month for what is a trip of a lifetime.

Just because a London "home" game has not been announced doesn't mean that it is not being planned.
Every year the benefits of having a season ticket get eroded. This year I gained no financial benefit, because of work commitments, and next season I probably will not bother. Our home gates are going down so I cannot for the life of me see the benefit for the club of reducing the number of games that we can go to. If we had held this game in Japan , for example, as part of an attempt to expand the game I could understand but RL in Australia doesn't need it. Perhaps if two big Australian teams came and played in London, like the NFL do, we could kick start interest down there.

| What's the betting season tickets will still get a 10-20% hike.
Why does it have to be a regular season game? We've already got the joke of the club challenge (and is that happening next year or are we just assuming 'Ull & us won't be in it?). Building links & promotion is all well & good (albeit the colonials won't pay 5 seconds of interest to it, I'll wager), but why is it a home game for either side at all?
If Red Hall are trying to out-do Fifa & "promote" the game, then take it to a town on the UAE border & broadcast it to the sporting bigots that ban the game for not being Union.
