Just utterly pathetic. After every game we play. Only seeing what they want to see. Could be worse. We could be them, no future, crap players, badly coached and jealous of your local rivals.

Never mind. It'll be a lot more fun on there on Sunday night.

| Ha! Yes, as someone remarked the other day, it's come something when Saddened seems the most sensible Saints poster! And he's right about the Webster/Manfredi incident Apologies, it wasn't Saddened, it was YellowGiraffe.

The Solomona no try was no try for 3 reasons for me.
1. It was a double movement, momentum was finishing when he decided to propel himself from the floor like a salmon to reach the line.
2. It was short anyway
3. When he eventually got it over the line 5 minutes after he first attempted to, Gildart's arm was underneath it on the line

The Webster/Manfredi incident, was that the sin binning one?
Edit: it wasn't.

| Very seldom do I post on here - and yes I am a saints fan - but that has to be the most 1 sided refereeing performance I've seen for a very long time.
What is more disappointing is it came from a bloke who is head and shoulders above the other refs we have. If it had been Child's then you expect garbage

| The Webster incident was right for two reasons. Firstly the ball was lost in front of our 20 and when Gildart made contact it was behind the 20 meaning he had put himself on side. I thought it happened and had another look explaining to my lad as we was watching on sky. Cummins then explained it same way he wasn't off side. The second reason even if the ref got it wrong Webster can't shoot his mouth off.

Yogi can you give us some examples?
The Cas disallowed tries were rightly turned down. Sutton is a flip of a coin but i think it was a try. The Bateman incident was nothing at all, a bit of biff AFTER the penalty had already been given. Webster rightly got binned and he and Solomona were shiithousing from minute 1. Their heads were not on the game tonight for whatever reason.

| Id like to see it again to be 100% but off top of my head.
1 Before Wigan's second try - should've been a drop out to Cas.
2 Bateman gets a penalty for sitting on top of and slapping the tackling man.
3 no conclusive evidence to overturn refs decision on the Dorn no try (not refs fault)
4 wigan player picked up the knock on in offside position on stroke of half time - led to sin binning ( despite what Cummins says)
5 Manfredi blatantly lost the ball in to touch trying to wrestle free - given as a ball steel.
The list goes on and on

| See that's where you are a saints fan and I a Wigan one the off side on half time isn't you can't move the line if the balls dropped in front and picked up behind which it was how can it be??
Come on you can honestly say you thought Dorns was a try .... Please... even Don knew it wasnt.
Webster Manfredi is the only one that I can nearly agree with though like you I'm maybe just a little tiny bit biased.

| Dorn probably gave himself up and it probably wasn't a try- but the fact is the on field ref gave it as a try and from no angle did I see conclusive proof to overturn the decision .
Either way - as a Saints fan I have far bigger things to worry about at the moment - starting with Saturday afternoon
