Is there one or not this season? I had one last year, thought it a great idea, especially for people like me who live a distance away. But have seen no mention of it this year, except...

I just bought online ticket for HKR, and I see it advertises Loyal 18 rates (£2 off). But whether that's just the website being out of date, I'm not sure. But I don't recall seeing it there when I've bought tickets before this year. Tried Googling it, but found nothing dated 2015, so that doesn't prove much. Can't see any mention of it on the current club website.

Anyone know for sure, please?

I ordered one online a few weeks back but nothing has come and it's not applying any discounts on line or giving me the access to sales periods.

It was exactly the same last year and I didn't get anything until I rang them and asked where it was.

They've been on sale for £3 under the season ticket section of eticketing site for a few weeks now, but they haven't been advertised. Can't understand why they've only been brought in after a few months and why they've not been advertising them

I would so they'll send it. I've not got round to chasing it up yet because I only really got it to get a half price ticket for the Magic game but I ended up using a mates season ticket.

This is something I questioned numerous times throughout the off season and was fobbed off each time being told they will be out soon and keep an eye out! As previously mentioned I found this very useful living in coventry and the discounts were good as I couldn't commit to a season ticket. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get one this year and I don't understand why it wasn't continued during the off season, yet poor schemes like the university one was pushed to the fore. Marketing has gone downhill at the club over the past season.

I've also had one of these for the past couple of seasons as it hasn't been worthwhile to have a season ticket. Hadn't bothered this year as there hasn't been any mention on the ST renewal info so thought they weren't doing them.

You'd have thought the club would treat Loyal 18 members the same as ST holders and enquire if they wanted to renew each year rather than have it buried on the e-ticketing site.

I don't think the eticketing is being particularly well maintained tbh. It looks really dated, all of the graphics are from 2012 with players who have left. I clicked on the link advertising pro rata STs and then when I selected a seat it was full price. The Loyal 18 cards were a good idea and seemed to be pretty popular then it appeared that they'd scrapped them and then brought them back without telling anyone.

Thanks guys! Im glad I brought it up now. As ksm says, you'd think think they'd just ask cardholders if they wanted to renew.

Heard back from the club and there are now no member benefits to the Loyal 18 membership as in previous years.

Looking back, it appears you used to get the following

What do you now get then? I bought one but haven't received anything still nearly a month later.

A plastic card just to keep the air conditioning on whilst on holiday would have been better then nowt! Ha.
