Smith is nowere near good enough a kicker if Wigan are to succeed this year they need a proper goal kicker ASAP

Problem for Smith he looks nervous atm kicking.
Last week he lifted his head as he kicked one and he had a big fade on it which took it wide. Same spot next conversion he kept his head down and ended up hooking it. He does not look comfortable kicking but its been dropped on him and that's unfortunate. |

You are probably right, but we have a hell of a prospect in Hampshire. I just don't think he should be brought in with the kicking responsibility as well, right from the start. Interesting one for management. |

Some players would not bat an eye at having that job given to them regardless of age. The confidence of youth and all that. As you say one for the management but if he was up for it they would be daft to rule it out IMO. That is the kind of mistake I'd expect from Noble. |
