| After a load of phone calls I've finally got Wigan TV to realise that most of the full matches weren't online. It was some sort of technical issue to do with folders which shouldn't be a problem going forward now they have found it. Anyway, the games have started going up now and the full season should be done by the end of the week. Happy viewing!

| I'd be mildly interested to know what proportion of people who paid for this last year will be renewing - and why - and where they are (I just don't see the logic of paying for this if you're attending matches every other week - but then I am a bit of a tightwad)

| I cancelled. I thought they got lazy after a promising start tbh. The match preview shows, player features and so on became few and far between.
Still a good service if your living outside Wigan or don't get to all the games but I do so I could read all the match previews on various websites and watch games in the flesh. All the big games are on sky anyway so I can Sky plus those.

I can't justify paying for sky as I don't watch tv so would need to buy a tv licence, sky and then sky sports on top of that all for 2 games of rugby a week, even then I only get the Wigan games that are televised. This way I can pay a reasonable amount and watch all the Wigan games I want within 2 weeks of them being played. I do go to about 90% of our games but I still like re-watching them as I generally see things from watching a repeat that I missed during the game, plus it's nice to relive the big wins. This pre-season I'll be watching loads of games back to be honest (if the girlfriend will let me!)

| I wont be paying for it this year.
I enjoyed the pre-season and academy games, but as I get to all of the home games they are not enough live games to make it worth my while. especially since you can pretty much guarantee a decent radio commentary on the away games that arent on Sky.
if they did ALL of the U19 games I would re-consider

I have renewed. Living in exile, so it is great to see highlights of non-televised matches and u19s games.
Having said that, I did raise an issue or two on their feedback questionnaire. I like Wigan TV, but there is loads of room for improvement.

| They need to improve the organisation of the content. It was ok at the beginning, but it now seems impossible to find a lot of the stuff, because there's too much on there and the sections only seem to go to about 5 pages..

Agreed, it's really difficult to navigate round and you can't even read the full title of half of the videos. I imagine they received quite a lot of feedback during the recent survey and I hope they take some of the comments on board and improve it. It could be an excellent feature but at the minute it seems to be shoddily ran, I've got about 2 months left before my next direct debit comes out and if there's no marked improvement it'll be getting cancelled.

Well it looks as though they listened. I got this e-mail this morning.
"We launched in September 2012 and it's fair to say that the first 12 months have a great learning curve for all of us. We've had some great feedback about our content and the live streaming of pre-season games, and we've also spent a long time in the close-season addressing the areas that need improvement.
"Our number of subscriptions have been really high all year whilst we have trialled a whole host of content ideas, videos, interviews, features, live streams and behind-the-scenes footage.
"We also recently undertook a major piece of research to get users views. We are now pleased to report back on the findings and let Wigan fans know that we'll be making some changes for next season.
Fans say they wanted more archive games: so throughout the year we're going to have four special Archive Weeks where we'll release over 20 games.
You wanted more content: so along with a minimum of 5 videos every week, we'll also have a special theme each month - looking at everything from past players, to inside features, to what our current players get up to in their time off.
We realise that we haven't been great in communicating when new features were uploaded to the site: so, as well as developing a more consistent schedule we'll be sending email alerts when something new is up. We'll also be sending a weekly roundup to let you know what you have missed.
The navigation of the Wigan TV site needs to be easier and more intuitive: so we are developing a brand new Wigan TV website that does exactly that, including a new navigation, new categorisation of content, an easier signup process and clearer help section. This should be live by mid-January and we are planning to develop an App for release by Easter.
You wanted to get more up close and personal with the players: so our player cam is BACK and they'll be taking it everywhere they go.
"Wigan TV has been the envy of Rugby League clubs up and down the country this season and we want the new Wigan TV to become the best digital sports TV solution around."
To signup to Wigan TV for as little as £4.99, and view all of 2013's content on demand - including the new Season Review which released today - simply visit www.wiganwarriors.com/tv"

| Cancelled our subscription. Thought we'd be better spending the money on Premier sports tbh.

If you like NRL matches more than videos related to Wigan then you have done the right thing. I subscribed the other day and so far i love it, not sure what the deal is with live streaming or if full match highlights get put on there but overall i can't complain so far.
