I don't debate that on his day he's a great player, but Maguire and Wane both put a strong emphasis on creating the right culture at Wigan, which seems to have played a massive part in us winning trophies. I think that it was obvious even before now that Gareth Hock can't be part of that culture. I was glad we didn't bring him back and I don't think he should have been considered for England. |
