| Was just wondering if people have any good memories of influential/meaningful quotes from current or past Wigan players or coaches. Can be any that stick in your head such as my personaly favourite was the Brian Carney interview where he says "as happy as a rabbit with two co*k$"
Anybody have any memories?

Ironic, as that was basically the reason Murph was eventually given his own marching orders from Central Park.

| "If you listen to the supporters, you'll soon be sitting with them".......I believe that was John Monie quoting Wayne Bennett to one of his backroom staff.

| "Get up, you soft get." Andy Farrell unimpressed with a certain pack colleague who now plies his trade in the far east of this fair isle.
“We can have an Elvis day where all the crowd dress up as Elvis” – Jack Robinson shows his thoughtful approach to the onset of summer rugby.
“He puwwed it eeeet” – A young Andy Gregory describing his overnight emergency tooth extraction prior to his first Wembley appearance on BBC TV.

| "Look, there's nothing to be nervous about. At the end of the day, we're all just working class lads together. And if you make a mistake, who cares ... there's only ten million people watching."
Andy Gregory to Gary Connolly (then at Saints) as they strode out of the tunnel side-by-side at Wembley in 1989,

| Not a quote from a Wigan player or coach, but some from Ray French:
"And there we see the sad sight of Martin Offiah limping off with a broken finger."
"Well Joe, in today's game it's all about pasta and enzymes, when I played we only had a segment of orange".
And my favourite:
"Every time we come to Headingley is a dog on the pitch. Why oh why people bring dogs to Rugby games, I'll never know"

| My favourite would be the following warm words of friendship and respect bellowed during a classic Derby game at KR by the Wigan and GB captain to his GB vice captain playing for Saints:
"You £@!&ing s*#thouse!"
