Good nippy pacey full back/winger. Will score tries for you. Has show odd signs of rawness in defence here but the kid is 19 after all. I think it's a cracking deal for both sides. Potentially a Josh Charnley mark II. This loan spell will probably tell us.
Hopefully we'll have a duck to water situation here and he'll take to it straight away like Charnley did at Hull KR.

| Is it definitely just a loan deal then? I think this looks more likely that we will be moving Horne to full back next year (where he has looked really good with no kicking/organising responsibilities) and look to bring in a stand off, maybe Finch |

Horne would be devastating with his pace from the back, possible replacement for Welllens if Saints want to take another of the FC stars

Never know though, by the sounds of it the club were aware of McKinnon going back for a while. Maybe just delayed the news until we got his replacement? |

Be surprised to see Tompkins moved from fb, he has looked too good there, the space he gets there seems to suit his game.
