| Just bored and thought of this. I have combined past and present Wigan players into 2 teams. Assume all players are at their absolute peak. Simple question, who would win and why?
Wigan 1
1 Sam Tomkins
2 Jason Robinson
3 George Carmont
4 Dean Bell
5 Pat Richards
6 Shaun Edwards
7 Paul Deacon
8 Brian Case
9 Tommy Leuluai
10 Andy Coley
11 Dennis Betts
12 Ryan Hoffman
13 Ellery Hanley
14 Liam Farrell
15 Ian Potter
16 Lee Mossop
17 Terry O Connor
Wigan 2
1 Kris Radlinski
2 Josh Charnley
3 Gene Miles
4 Martin Gleeson
5 Martin Offian
6 Brett Finch
7 Andy Gregory
8 Stuart Fielden
9 terry Newton
10 Greg Dowling
11 Gareth Hock
12 Andy Goodway
13 Sean O Loughlin
14 henry Paul
15 harrison Hanson
16 Gary Connolly
17 Jeff Lima
It's a tough one but I think Team 2. The class of Radlinski, Miles, O Loughlin and the genious of Andy Gregory combined with the power of Dowling, Newton Hielden and Hock I think might just shade it.
Over to you......

| Team 1.
Any team with Edwards, Bell and Hanley in it wouldn't consider losing.

| Team 1. Edwards, Hanley, Robinson and tomkins. What I would do to see those players all at their peak in the same team. Add in offiah, radders and Farrell and you remember how lucky as fans we have been to watch all these players.
I see a lack of a certain mr Farrell. Liam is there, but what about the man himself.

I tried to do one current player and one past in each position. Hanley got the nod in front of Faz but only by a whisker. Perhaps should have been on bench but that didn't sit right.

In one of two all time Wigan teams?

Can't argue with that at all.

| Team 1 would win easily, though if you paired Miles and Offiah (how could you not?), there'd be a few consolation tries from the greatest centre/wing combination in rugby history (or the modern era, at least).

| No Dermott and Botica! Especially points machine Botica.
What Rogues said any team with Edwards, Bell and Hanley wouldn't allow the word 'lose' to be mentioned.
