| Why have sky put the game on at the same time as a man utd game?
This is not going to help get new followers of rugby league.
All sport fans will be watching that, the final needed to be on when no other big sports were on.

Probably because when they scheduled it the football fixtures hadn't even been done. Also it was a bit of a joke that the England Rugby League clashed with England Football last week but the England football had shifted from their original Friday Night match date.
So it's sod law.

| I think staying on the BBC would have been better, then all the people without sky would have watched it.

and the Utd game isnt on Sky, so why would they schedule around events on other channels? Theres live Rugby Union on aswell, should the game be moved to avoid that?

There is always going to be chance of clashing with some other event, especially football in November. What makes you think people who watch the Utd game would have watched the 4 Nations final had it been on at a different time.

| I have a lot of m8's who watch both sports and would have watched the rugby had utd not been on.
It's hard enough to get new fans as we all know.
Why was the game scheduled for that time, there is always football on sat nights, asking for a big clash.

| As a sport we have made Friday nights, why not have the game on this Friday night?

No, they won't. Who watches Man Utd games? Only their own fans. They are the Sintellins of football, where you support your own team and anyone playing them!
There are more wendyball fans who DON'T support Man Scum.
In fact, putting the RL game on at the same time could well be a smart marketing move.

When do you suggest the game is scheduled for so that your loads of mates can watch it so it doesnt clash with that massive premier league game.

| Don't see what all the fuss is about tbh.. Other than people who are massive utd fans who may also like RL, I don't see who else this is going to affect. What shall we do? play all our matches at midnight during the week so that there's no possibility of it clashing with any other sports?
