It's really happening.

For the first time I'm glad 1998 isn't on that list. We keep getting told that's the reason not to be over confident (and I'm not) but in some ways it is reason to be more confident - we know what could happen if we aren't fully up for it and Leeds are.

My nephew has been to a few finals and never seen Wigan win - he's in Australia this year. Come on let's do it!

Come on Wigan

I walked down Wembley Way before the Charity Shield a couple of weeks ago and the hairs were standing up on the back of my neck, not because of the football (I was a neutral, well a Man U hating neutral.. icon_smile.gif ) but thinking about what it would be like in only a few weeks' time to walk down Wembley Way as a Wigan fan, back at Wembley for the first time in over a decade.

To say I can't wait is an understatement.

We are fond of saying Wigan are back. Well now we are back.... at Wembley, with a team and coach to be proud of and in Tomkins we have the superstar of SL, an all-time great in the making. We're in the final against Leeds, having beaten Saints and Wire on the way. Does it get any better than this?

COME ON WIGAN!

They didn't go down in that coach today as they are traveling down by train, but it will be used to transport the boys to Wembley on Saturday.
