| ........on 4th September (or whatever day Sky re-arrange)
Morley : no sign of returning (double vision / eye injury)
Westwood : 6 - 8 weeks out (knee ligaments)
Hodgson : 4-weeks out (quad tear)
Rhys Evans : out for season (broken foot)
Should make things more interesting........
Hopefully you'll be knackered from Wembly (good luck by the way)
Keep the Faith........2011 Year of the Wolf

Will be a good chance to see how good the Wire SQUAD is as opposed to just the Wire TEAM.

| We were missing 4 or 5 players most weeks last season and went on to top the league and win at Old Trafford.
If you've got the squad it can be done and Wire have a big squad.

This post is a complete wind-up, surely? Even Wolfs don't talk about the "Year of the Wolf" any more... do they...?

| Getting excuses in early.
We had to become champions with injuries last year. That inclueds the GF. Our MOS was injured not long into the game.
In 94 we went to Brisbane with half a team and beat them.
Champion teams will win regardless.
Like someone else said, it will be interesting to see how good the Warrington squad is, not just the team.

| I still feel - even against a side like Warrington - that it will about Wigan rather than the opposition.
At present, when Wigan hit their straps, there are few that can even come close let alone beat them. Warrington may have the best chance, but I think it will be more important what state Wigan are in after Wembley than Warrington, who - even with injuries - will have had to sit fuming on the sidelines during the Cup Final celebrations, dreaming of having their revenge.
If Wigan have won, they could be emotionally exhausted the following week. Alternatively, if they've lost they could be totally deflated.
It's impossible to call that match, but it will definitely be one that I expect Warrington to be up and raring for, even if they have a few missing, whereas Wigan could not possibly be in the normal frame of mind.

Another factor is the Wolfs might be 3 points behind us by then.
