| Only a handful of games left, who would you pick?
1. Sam Tomkins
2. Joel Monaghan
3. Kris Welham
4. George Carmont
5. Josh Charnley (struggling for a second winger, possibly Jermaine McGilvary but I haven't seen much of him)
6. Rangi Chase
7. Scott Dureau
8. James Graham
9. Ian Henderson/James Roby (tough choice)
10. Andy Lynch
11. Ben Westwood
12. Ryan Hoffman
13. Sean O'Loughlin
Around half are "Exiles", a lot less than I was expecting tbh.

| Anybody who doesn't have Roby in a 2011 dream team is nuts in my opinion.
If you look at his stats compared to Monaghan's (playing in an injury hit side with rookie halves) he has:
2 more tries
7 more assists
Over 2,000 more metres
Over 300 more tackles (missing far fewer of them)
More offloads
More busts
More clean breaks
Same number of 40/20s
The man has been ridiculously good in 2011 and is the main reason we're still hunting for top 3.

39110_1363272058.jpg Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-

Can't really argue with 20 tries for a centre, its not like an average winger just taking credit for the hard work of the people inside.
His attacking play has been brilliant. You are right he is not the best I have ever seen in defence, but this is a DREAM team not who has missed the least tackles contest. Yeamon is also in with a shout, I couldn't seperate them so I just went with the top try scorer.

I call it the "Super League' syndrome. People forget that 50% of the game is defence, wax lyrical about those players and teams that score loads of tries and denigrate those who pride themselves on a tough defence, and then wonder what went wrong when we play Australia or NZ.
