| told BBC manc that Ganson was wrong to disallow the McGuire try last Friday! What a twonk, clear no try, even Brian Mac said in the interview that he did drop it before he kicked it. Never known a ref to hate Wigan as much as he did, no wonder the refs are always such a big talk after Wigan games with him in charge.

| Good.
Him saying that will annoy even more people which is fine by me. It was a clear no try but if we're getting under the skin of people that is a good sign.
I've read people on the VT moaning about the Ferres one aswell. He should have been given benefit of the doubt according to the majority.......yeah right! where was the doubt, it was clear as day on Tuson leg and could be clearly seen as Ferres lifts the ball off his leg after giving up trying to get it down.

| I heard Trevor say that too, thought I had misheard him at first - what a clown Cummings is. Apart from anything else he ought to be given the boot for not sticking up for his own staff

Really?
Jesus wept, a referee uses common sense and disallows something which clearly isn't a drop goal, and he criticises the decision?
Pathetic.

| Speaking of refs, am I the only one baffled by the Jones(?) try?
Sam gathers the ball and is almost knocked cold by some inbred Cas sheep herder going in with his knees, making him lose the ball, and Cas ground it. Illegal challenge anyone? Even Ganson asked Bentham to look at the challenge.
Oh, and a few Cas lads need to re-read the rules: the idea is to tackle BELOW the neck. That stinky gibbon with the receding hairline was at it all night.

| No, I was confused by that as well. Should never have been a try unless we are now allowed to knee/kick the player receiving the ball to dislodge the ball.

| I don't agree with the rule where so long as you a looking at the ball you can charge into a challenging player, when fielding a bomb, when it's obvious you're not going for the ball at all, but that's the rule, doesn't make it correct IMO.
On the same grounds you could say he's going for the ball, however Sam gathers it and gets over the line and then he's blasted with both knee's, dangerous and enough time to pull out. What I find most amusing though everyone thinks it's perfectly ok, but not when Sam or any other player is deemed to have gone in on a try scorer fractions of second after scoring.

Some of the tackling from Cas was a disgrace.

Agreed. Obviously came with no chance of winning it through skill or clean play so opted for the 'lets wind the fookers up with some dirty tackles' technique like Hull FC and Leeds tried. And yet again failed.
The only way a team is going to beat us this year is by playing some good rugby like Warringon and Catalan have done.

What a load of tosh. At least be humble in victory and give credit to a young/massively under strength Cas team. Are you telling me that you were superior to us with the amount of players we had missing?. Unless it's Leeds, Wigan, Saints and Warrington, no one else has injury problems. The simple fact of the matter is that diabolical decision to allow Carmonts try changed the game. That incident is obstruction 10 times out of 10, but for some reason Bentham thought bowling over a player in the defensive line is OK. In regards to Ferres, the ball looked lodged between the players legs after they started to get back up. After those 2 decisions, I was ready for TRY or PENTALTY TRY to appear on the screen after JL lost the ball under the sticks!!!. At this moment in time, there is only one winner of Super League 2011 and it's not you lot that's for sure!!!

Think someone is a little upset at the defeat

Bitter much?
If you mattered to us we would of smashed you. We had one objective last night and that was get 2 points. About half the team was limping at one point but we did what we had to.
If you want somebody to blame try Rangi Chase.
