| Widnes, halifax or Barrow For Superleague.
My thoughts are it will be Widnes, but Will the RFL resist the chance to expand the game further in to cumbria
Announcement next Thursday

| Widnes and Barrow-in-Furness are both in Lancashire.

| Barrow was in Lancashire until it was decided to create Cumbria. A lot of Barrovians (my mum's one of them) still think of it as being in Lancashire though.
I have a feeling they're going to go for Widnes as well, though as a Barrovian I'd love to see Barrow in Superleague, even if my stepfather does call me a traitor for supporting Wigan in the 4th round

| I expect only one to be promoted and that Widnes will replace Wakefield.
If the RFL were to surprise us all and promote two clubs then I hope they would announce both promoted clubs next thursday to give both an even chance of getting ready for the step up rather than making the second club wait until July to find out.

widnes is cheshire and barrow is cumbria. Just like wigan is greater manchester
If the RFL are looking to make our sport a marketable product, then there would be little sense in getting rid of Wakefield and their dishevelled Belle Vue ground, just to replace them with Barrow and an even more grotty looking ground.

| I think the RFL only announce the club entering SL from 2012 next Thursday. No mention to be made then of who will get relegated.
It has to be Widnes surely?
They have a great ground, good coaching staff, a youth system that's really working and a business plan that's showing itself as a success with top name sponsors.
It will give us a good balance of clubs then east and west of the Pennines.
This side, Wigan, Salford, St Helens, Warrington, Crusaders and Widnes.
Other side, Huddersfield, Bradford, Leeds, Castleford, (Wakefield) Hull FC and Hull KR.
Then Quins and Catalans are the out of area expansion clubs.
It will be Widnes!
