| We definitely seem to be suffering without Pat. Deacon is a great kicker but has been troubled with injuries in each game we have played. Just a suggestion, why not try Charnley as a kicker. He used to kick for fun when he was at Chorley Panthers.

| I said at the game today before Sam missed his first two kicks that Josh should be kicking. Sam just likes to be the match winner and being involved in everything though.

Well we better have someone other than Sam ready to kick next week. As it looks as though we'll be without Deacs, and certainly Pat.
Never seen Charnley kick, but a lot on here say he can. Well let's give him a chance.

| Bit harsh on Sam I think here. He missed two right off the touchline. Wasn't like he was missing sitters and his first was pretty close. I do agree though Charnley could be a better option.

| At the risk of sounding controversial kicking goals for fun at Chorley Panthers is somewhat different than Super League for the current Champions.

Hardly much different is it? Kick the ball through the posts over the crossbar and its 2 points. Maybe high pressure kicks may be different but you only get used to them by having chance to take them. If you have the technique of kicking and are good at it, handling the pressure shouldnt be a problem.

Will Roberts play? Is he injured, or is it a case of Charnley keeping him out?

Oh and are the posts a different shape or something? Josh was a fantastic kicker. No disrespect to Sam I know they weren't easy kicks today but may relieve some pressure on him.

Charnley keeping him out I think. Him and Crosby did the warm up with the team today & he didnt look injured.

Exactly, both efforts were decent attempts, and not unlikethe ones seen from experienced kickers.
If Richards had missed those two, no-one would be suggesting a change of kicker.
