| not having ago at the guy just wanted to know what other peoples views are of him, i know he is still finding is his way in the first team and is still very early to be judging him but i dont see him becoming a first teamer at wigan. he always looks keen and has great accelartion but do people think he has the potential to go on and be an asset to Wigan?
hope i'm wrong cos there is nothing better than seeing Wigan lads come through an succeed and it is prob to early to tell on the few appearances in the first team so maybe those that have seen him in the reserves can give a better opinion of him? and what to look out for.

| If he does make it long term I can only see it being on the wing.

| He doesn't hit top form or anywhere near at first team level probably due to the fact he doesn't play every week.
If he were to get a consistent number of games then he'd improve no end I'm sure.
He certainly has the pace for a centre.

I do, yes, but more importantly, so do Madge & Waney, it seems. Can't expect the finished article at 20 years old, and with only half a dozen 1st team appearances.

| Well he's absolutely rapid and knows how to run forward. As a winger, not sure what else is needed.

| Still believe he could be a star.
But IMO at this point Charnley is next in line

| Still young, but most of the things he needs to improve his game could be sorted out by simply playing with his head up so he knows what the bloody hell is happening around him, be it a pass to someone in a better position or his position in the defensive line.

| I've not been impressed with him at all before tonight but I saw some improvements in him tonight, a little more first team game time and he will be a good un. Him and Charnley are looking great.

I'd have Charnley as next in line for that right centre spot but I don't think Maguire sees it that way. I've said a few times on here I was at a sportmans dinner with Maguire and Wane last season and they raved a few times about how good they thought Marsh was. They hold him in very high reagrd indeed going off that night.

39110_1363272058.jpg Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

Thats doesn't mean he will stay in the team though, if Charnley does better on the field then he will be in the team regardless of who they think is the better prospect. I would like to see Charnley play and Marsh go out on loan... surely Wakey or Widnes would take him!

| as a Salford fan he looked a good player, with the ball in hand he attacked and looked he might score, but if you don't want him give a free transferee to us

| Rapid player but at this moment in time he doesn't look like a long term centre option.

| Charnley is streets ahead of him in the pecking order IMO. He had a good game against Huddersfield last year but I've seen nothing to impress me since.
