A few years ago Wish got a new boss and he scrapped all the local sport because "People in Wigan don't want to listen to local teams they would rather hear about Manchester United and Arsenal".
Well that was his first mistake, Craig Beck, who used to be a DJ at the station left a few years ago and he has now returned and he wants to bring back local sport to the stations and he is close to getting reporters for Wigan and Saints games. Also he is hoping to being back the Friday night rugby slot.

Should be the away team with priority. If that doesn't sort it, then who ever isn't being televised, then a dual call type thing. It's not that often we'd both play at the same time with one of us not be televised though. |
