I Was near the Wigan end and could a fair bit of noise in the Wigan end.

Shame on those who did it.

Can they actually throw people out tho? As much as I agree that they should, I'm not sure if it is compulsory to be silent.

Was watching on sky and could here a number of people disturbing the silence. i would be surprised if it was wigan fans as terry served the
club so well.

Sounded more like a few pi** heads shouting there mouths off at imaginary slights from the stains fans. Didnt hear anything coming from the stains end from where i was sat (North Stand)

Same thing as happened during the last minute's silence Wigan were involved with. We have a minority of fans that are idiots - those that disturb the silence, then those that mouth off telling them to keep quiet. It only adds to the issue.

Although I can understand why people shouted the "shut up" and "have some respect" comments they should have just done what most others did and bit there lips and tried to ignore the noise around.

Just to reiterate what I've said on the Saints board, you could hear a pin drop in the West Stand where the Saints speccies were and I thought they behaved impeccably.

I was one who worried that it would be spoiled by drunken idiots in our end but I was proud to be a Saint...before the game started anyway!

Exactly. Observe the silence. The time to chastise those that break it is after the minute is up.

Thought the mins silence went as well as could be expected given the size of the crowd.

We were in the east stand tier one on row 28 and not far behind us were the posh boxes and I am certain some of the noise came from there and they were not Wigan fans. Also some idiot near us let off a hooter and said sorry in the silence but it was deliberate and he certainly was not a Wigan fan.

There was a bit if a cafuffle at the end of the game as well, handbags at dawn and all that but they were certainly not happy!

I was in the North and i defo heard some noise coming from the Wigan stand, I'm not saying it was or wasn't Wigan fans because i don't know but they ruined that, I thought it would have been perfectly adhered to but some wastes of sperm and failed abortions ruined it. Really well played though Wigan. A Leigh fan.

It was a group of Hull FC fans.

I direct all the anger in my previous post towards the Hull fc fans.

fair play to the saints fans for showing respect,the few wigan fans who were shouting were an absolute disgrace.

I can tell you for definite it was a gang of KR fans in army fancy dress who caused the disturbance during the silence. One lad in particular who was being a proper tit and kicked off when fans around hushed him. We saw them before walking over to OT and they were wrecked, but in good humour. It's a shame one or two let them down.

It was NOT Wigan or Saints fans, who were brilliant tonight.
