Can anyone confirm exactly where Pat stands in relation to Faz's Superleague points record (388 in 2001)?

Someone said that he needed 30 at the start of today's game, meaning that he only needs another 8 to get the record.

However, looking at the Superleague web-site, it shows that he has scored 350 points from 25 appearances this year, but I don't know whether that includes today or not.

Even if it does, it means that he still needs another 16 points.

On the official Wigan website, Pat has only made 21 appearances, so that's obviously well out of date.

Please help, I feel like the man with a steering wheel on my knob - It's driving me nuts.

As far as I'm aware, he needs 16 points v Bradford to beat Farrell's record.

Actually, I just checked Bilko's site and that has me even more confused.

On there, Pat has 352 points up to Huddersfield, so I guess that that means that the SL site is only up to last week as well (although that said 350).

So after scoring 22 today, does he need 14 or 16 to draw level?

Gaaaah. Just keep giving the ball to Pat against Bradford and go for 20+ to make sure.

Should sail it.

One try and six goals versus Bradford.

Tell you what - How nice is it when the biggest question mark over that club right now is just how many points Pat needs to become SL's highest ever points scorer?

Plenty of times in previous years, the questions have ranged from "how many points will we have deducted this year?", through "Who will our next coach be?". to "Where will our next win come from?".

Amazing turnaround.

Wouldnt mind hearing something about sponsors for next year, new kit and a new CEO.......... icon_wink.gif

No, I agree, its such a turnaround from the end of the DW era. Pride has returned to this club in a massive way.

Just two converted tries and two extra conversions will do it, or one converted try and five extra conversions.

Either way, to beat the record he'll realistically have to score at least once or hope to convert eight tries/penalties.

According to Superleage stats its 17, for some reason it shows 133 goals on rlfans stats but 132 on superleague stats (well when you add the 7 from yesterday to the 125 shown from last week). So which one of you is right???? icon_confused.gif

Is it 15 or 17 to beat the record???
