i would like to of seen noble still as coach and Maguire as assis coach..

He mentions having Wigan people around him on the coaching staff as being very important and mentions the names of Wane, Deacon and Bitcom but nothing about Rads.

I take it Rads will be staying on but in what role?

Why?

I think it was just a case of who came to mind in the interview.

i still think ian did not give noble enough time.. i think that Maguire would of brought fresh idea's into the squad and the coaching but with noble i feel they would of been a good team working with each other...

I still feel its a big step for maguire and in time when wigan lose a couple of games you will get the fans saying TO BIG OF A JOB FOR HIM..

He's a top bloke and it'd be great of he coached the fullbacks and outside backs at the club.

Get him bringing the water and messages on for the first team. It'd give the crowd a lift seeing rads running about the place.

You are, of course, entitled to your opinion but you're wrong Noble was given 3+ years and still didn't build a consistent team. All the players in that squad were signed or re-signed by him. He'd had his time.

Maguire wouldn't have left one of the best clubs in Australia to come and be an assistant in SL. It makes no sense, particularly when he's being touted for head coaches positions over there.
