Seriously, I am really happy with this. A young coach with fresh ideas is exactly what we need. He is very highly regarded and has spent the last 3 years working under the best coach in the world. Good appointment.
First off I would like to see him change some of the backroom staff but keep the likes of Wane and Radlinski involved. |

He was the backs coach at Melbourne and to be fair they play some pretty nifty rugby so I would go with that. |

I suppose I'll be in the minority but I'm not convinced he's the right man for the job, It'll be interesting to see the anti Nobby crowd if this guy fails to deliver less than what Nobby did. I hope he can take us a further step but at the moment nothing convinces me that he can.
