Lockers, Feka, Riddell, Leuluai, Hanson and Roberts were all good.

Carmont was his usual self and had a really good game. Pat was back to what we expect.

TBH i wasnt really impressed with anyone. Coley gets the award for worst performance though, absolutely dire tonight.

I agree, I thought it was a pretty low standard and in the end we just deserved it, with pat being MOM for me.

There is something up with you. Some great performances out there tonight.

It was an average preformence tonight littered with errors and there wasn't too many stand outs for me. I'd probably go for lads that just got through their work without making the errors-

If thats what you call great then your the one with something wrong. Cas didnt turn up, any other team would have put 40+ past them. Any other team would have put 40 past us tonight. Sick of accepting mediocrity, but we won so i guess that pleases the happy clappers.

Phelps gave another fantastic performance at full back, Lockers another good game. Given that Cas came out with spoiling tactics and high tackles and got away with it for the majority of the game, yes Wigan performed well.

I think the problem is that the rules, style and refs which is pushed onto the game make for poor viewing, look at any of the other games this weekend. Do you realy think that Hudds for example would have put 40 past Wigan tonight?

Completely agree!! Weve been pathetic for most of the season barring a couple of games, some people are blinkered.

FWIW i thought Phelps was outstanding but he still comes up with big errors which lets him down. Roberts played well and Fielden ran it in hard all night which makes a change.

If Mathers had made those mistakes Phelps did, there would be a 10 page thread on here slagging him off.

The ref didnt help and neither did Cas' dirty tactics but i am far from impressed and if we carry on playing like that we will NOT progress any further in the competition.

forty years old, followed the game since i was eight and that was probably the worst weekend of rugby i have ever seen.
