When Preston was at Wigan it was roumered that he beat Offiah in a 100 metre sprint! i always thought Offiah was fast but was Mark Preston a little bit faster icon_confused.gif:

Preston was like **** off a shovel over the first 30-40 metres whereas Offiah was far taller with 4 1/2 foot legs so took some getting going.... Wouldn't surprise me if he had beaten him though, great player !

Remember Phil Ford catching Preston tackling him then standing over Preston with his legs locked between his like a cowboy who had just lasooed a calf, and stood milking the aplause from the crowd. Classic moment.
