And do this when you feel comfortable that it works for you, if not try going left or straight on.

Gareth Hock - When running at the line try to break the line, try to offload but make sure that every pass is perfect. If every pass isn't perfect the over critical fans will winge online.

Pat Richards - Make sure that the ball goes between the posts and above the crossbar on every conversion attempt. Have you thought about kicking the ball harder for distance or more carfully for acuracy? Try to strike the appropriate balance as you may find accuracy deminishes with greater effort.

Mark Riddell needs to take to line on much more.

Stuart Fielden should stop 'stamping' into tackles or should stop looking for an individual collision.

Amos Roberts needs speed up and shouldn't be willing to take a tackle. This isn't the NRL, he should be returning and scooting the ball with pace and looking to break the first line of defence. It's alot easier than he thinks it is.
