| Listened to the last 20 minutes. Sounded like we had to defend our way to it on the back of silly errors and penalties but that is some win.
Well done to them all.

I think Farimond would have scored if his leg was right off the intercept. The penalty against us for offside in last 2 minutes on the 5th tackle in our own 10m was a shocker. Poor decision in such a high intensity game for me, either shows a lack of understanding or a look at me moment. Great win on top for enough of the game and backed with never say die D when we needed it.

We deserved to win, Farrimond was outstanding on one leg. I agree he would have scored from the interception if he had been fit. He was adjudged to be in touch, I would like to see it again as I was too far away to make my mind up.

9356.jpg I am not biased; I'm not bothered who beats St. Helens.:9356.jpg |

| The moment we could have lost it for me was when Farrimond intercepted on our own line and went 90 yards only to be tackled 10 yards from Saints line. He was at least 6 inches in the field of play and it was nowhere near an in touch decision. Instead of being on tackle one 10 yards from Saints line with the field totally spread out we had to hand it over to Saints. It really was a terrible decision.

I was level with it and he was nowhere near the touchline. I don't even think a Saints players boot went in touch so I don't know how the touch judge came up with that decision.

| I was at Utd so only followed on Twitter. Sounded like a good game in tough conditions.
Congrats to Wigan winning it away from home, that's a good effort.

I was sitting right in front of it, he wasn't in touch, it was a couple of inches, but he never touched the line.

Thanks Brian. That's my viewing for tonight sorted!!
Other than Farrimond which lads from last night (plus O'Loughlin) do you think are the potential best long term prospects?
Cheers

The club has just promoted five players to the first team however, there are lads who played last night who will still be eligible for the Academy next season.

| Just finished watching it. A well deserved win. Farrimond definitely didn't go in to touch (well he didn't before the flag went up).
Really impressed with Hodgkinson and Kerr.

Kerr was my man of the match. Jack Farrimond will always catch the eye ( and I don't have a problem with that as he is a match winner ) but Kerr was outstanding during this game.
