Should be a good game this one with Wigan having one less pre-season game than they prepared for, this looks like they will play a very strong team. So how many do you reckon we'll take to the Wigan Council stadium . Score predictions for the Wigan derby?

I'll go for Leigh 12- 48 Wigan.

Think we all need a rl fix, expect you to be top 3 next year.

I would love a challenge cup game against Leigh this year in the 1/4final.

I hope we send a full strength side to leigh and dont hold them back for the wire game 3 days later.

I would personally play a reserve side at wire and save our full strength side for 20th Feb.

Roll out the big boys for the leigh game and then keep them fresh for the Crusaders 12 days later.

i agree on the full strength team against leigh lets give our big guns as much game time as possible so they can be fully prepared for the crusaders game good start is all we want and to end the hj hoodoo will be great!

Really looking forward to this game. Should be a good chance to see our boys putting together the skills they've been working on in training.

I'd imagine Wigans side will include a few younger players with a stronger team being played at Warrington.

They may just play a big squad in both and give alot of players 40 minutes in each game.

Last year we sent a decent side to Wire to end up playing a virtual reserve side. From a spectator point of view a wate of money.

Why play a full strength side at wire. We play them in the league 3 weeks later. I would go full stregnth and full on at leigh and then rest up and fine tune ready for the crusaders.

I'd just think they'd want to play the strongest team against the best opposition we'll face in pre season. It's also our last pre season game and i'd guess they'll want to get the combinations that will play in the Crusaders game some practice as a unit as close as possible to that first league game.

Whatever sides turn out at Leigh and Wire i can't wait for the games. It's been a very long off season.
