As a man this seams pretty wierd...

After a good week generally and thinking back onto what we as fans have been through is it only me who shed a tear in pride?

so proud of what we have achieved this season and I look forward to achieving more at old trafford.

Seen quite a few with a few tears saying they was so proud of what the club had gone through and how much we had achieved to fight back.

i had tears in my eyes at 18-14 down!

but after we won there was only pure relief and pride in me! so unbelievably proud of our boys. i dont want this season to end unless its at OT and we're out there holding that trophy!!

Im quite worried as i know when one day we do win something (wether that be in 2 months or 20 yeras!) ill cry me bl00dy heart out , today was quite emotional - when maguire was getting mobbed by the fans at the entrance at the end - it was humbling. Days like these mean so much to us all im sure! Brilliant.

I was proud today.

But I was so pleased for our younger supporters.

I'm so lucky, I've seen the really great player at Wigan that they will never see, Boston, Ashton, McTigue.

Many of them didn't see Edwards, Hanley, Offiah etc.

Enjoy today, if it brings a tear to your eye, then take that moment in.
The nucleus of the next great Wigan team is taking shape and with a bit of luck and good management the happy tears will be flowing for years to come.

Oct 2nd will be when I break down, if i do, it will be the return that back in 2006 I thought we would never see again.

IL, Madge, Wane, Bitcon, the players (or 30 best mates as Sam described it on SSN earlier)....etc should all be so so proud and we should show our pride in them.

Its a happy day to be a Wiganer.

What have Wigan fans been through

Oh right, so not close to going bust, people attempting to merge you with Hull FC and spending years and years going to grounds like Batley and Whitehaven.
All your local talent going to a nearby club even though they supported Rovers as kids and being told year on year that Super League wont allow 2 Hull clubs in it.
You must have all been in despair for ages then
