NO, the player your talking about Richie Myler is in the Warrington side to play Widnes on Boxing Day, I strongly doubt he will be leaving Warington why would Tony Smith select a player for a pre season match if he isn't going to be play for them next year.

If there are to be arrivals, I doubt it'll be a halfback, and if it were I'd hope it's a better one than Myler.

well rads has stated that he believes the younger players are looking good which suggests to me that one of them are going to be getting some game time this season.
