| Australia by 30+. Live on national TV in front of a half empty Wembley. International RL at its very best.

| Terrible decision making by McNamara, Widdop came on last Saturday and showed he offers so much in attack compared to an out of position Sinfield. I'd like to see us at least challenge the Aussies but with the inept coaching we don't stand a chance.

You do realise that Widdop came on for Chase at scrum half don't you?

Yes I do, but I also realise having watched a lot of NRL this year that Widdop is an out standing five eight and should be starting at 6 instead of an out of position Sinfield who creates very little attacking opportunities in that position.

| Can't make the game on Saturday, so we have an awful decsion to make too: whether to watch on Sky with Eddie & Stevo or the BBC with Nobby and Boyo....Which is the lesser of two evils?

Which is exactly why a good spanking off Australia and New Zealand would benefit us in the long run, it would make the RFL wake up and smell the coffee, whether people like it or not we need an Australian coach.

We did have a quality Aussie coach in Tony Smith, the RFL should allow their coach to work at both club and international level like Stephen Kearney and Tim Sheens. Otherwise we will struggle to appoint a quality coach who would work purely for England.

Don't talk wet lad. We've been getting spanked for nigh on 40 years, so tell how that has benefited the international game?

Good coaching can drastically improve a Rugby League team, Wigan is a prime example of that under Michael Maguire's reign and the same applies to Warrington and the influence of Tony Smith.

If im 100% honest with you "lad" I couldnt care less about the international game, but for those that do, Mcnamara is the worst coach England has had for years and the only way he'll get the elbow is if England get a real good hiding, thats what I meant.
