| Attendance last night only 66281. Disappointing saying that beginning of the week a full house was forecast. Thoughts

| I can't quite work out why their was a big game in the middle of the warrington end. That makes no sense.
BUT as ever for me, two many price categories puts people off when the RFL take over events. Then they have so many deals it boggles the mind at times and in my view puts people (neutrals) off.

| This isn't a trolling attempt but I was actually a bit disappointed with wires turnout. They where very vocal and got behind their team but there seemed to be quite a few gaps around their end. I'd expected them to sell out for a final V Wigan. Not sure what the turnout was like from us either to be fair but from what I've seen on tv our end seemed pretty full.

| MASSIVE block of empty seats smack bang in the middle of the Dire end.
Guess they must have known deep down they faced nothing but heartbreak.

| The upper tier of the Stretford End was literally half empty. Disappointing from our Wolfs friends. Very few neutrals again I thought, but not surprising with a World Cup approaching.

| Was the area where there was a load of empty seats in the Warrington end not corporate seats ?

Yes the middle of the first tier is corporate which makes it strange the rest of the end was not full.
Beaten on the field outnumbered off the field.
All in all not a good night for our wire friends !

| I was also surprised by Wires turnout, they always seem to give it the big I am when it comes to attendances in previous finals so I guess my expectations were too high. As for the attendance, it was also reflected in the Cup final...hopefully it's a sign that people are saving their money for the World Cup rather than neutrals losing interest. We shall see.

| 78,000 at the CC, 66,000 at the GF.
I think despite the GF being the current way to decide the champions (which is us in case anyone forgot already ) the CC is much more "neutral-friendly".
The GF is partisan. The CC is an occasion with a weekend out in London for a lot of people.

| The 2nd tier of the west stand was around 1/3 full and the NW quadrant had nobody at all in it. That said I still think Wire did really well for such a small club. People forget that they only attracting crowds of around 4-5k when they were playing at the zoo. Bless em
