| I will start one for you as nobody goes on the Cas section these days. You guys happy with this or would you rather play Wire?
From a Cas point of view it will be a solid game. You are probably best team in comp at moment and playing you at your place will make it even harder. We will see but I think it will be a step too far for us.

| Not sure. When on song all four teams can beat each other. We have form going for us (but we’re not blowing anyone away), Wire are hot and cold but will fancy their chances against a Saints side that aren’t playing the way the did for 2/3rds of the season.
Cas for me are the dark horses. They’ve sat around third all season picking up wins on the quiet whilst Saints took all the early plaudits and we’re now the team everyone is fancying.
Of the other three teams I’d say Cas are the ones to worry about.

| As a neutral I reckon either Wigan or Cas will be champs this year. Wouldn't like to say which.

| We got the home semi which is the important bit. As to who we play either team are more than capeable of beating us as we are them so I wasn’t too bothered whether it was cas or Wire.
To win the GF you have to beat the best, I’m confident we are capeable, whether we do or not the next few weeks will tell us.

| A home tie is a big advantage but it guarantees nothing. If Cas beat us then good luck to them. If we play well we will win.

| Rather 'wire'.
Cas are traditionally a bloody bogey team for Wigan.

| I actually think Cas will win the Grand Final and therefore knock us out on route. They’ve had an ideal season in many ways, just ticking along and flying under the radar somewhat.
My issue with us beating them is their big men like Moors, Watts and Sene Lefao. I just think we’ll struggle to contain them enough in all honesty and if we don’t they have enough in the backs and via McShane to get over us.
Hope I’m wrong.

| Not quite sure how this will go TBH
Wigan certainly have been knocking teams off and can raise their game to fit any 80 mins. Cas are showing signs of getting back to their entertaining capabilities. However I still question one or two elements of our in game management (Wigan are very competent in this department especially with Lockers at the helm)
We can't let Wigan chalk up a couple of early tries it will be suicidal and could be a long night. Wigan will simply strangle us out of the game.
We've put tickets on sale this morning so no doubt the away stand will have a tidy number of Tigers fans in it. Hopefully they'll be a good walk up from the Warriors to create an atmosphere the fixture really Deserves. Add in the other factors of Wanes final game at the DW, players leaving etc. The way we got embarrassed in the final last year it all throws ingredients into the mix for a memorable night
Tough one to call.....

| Home advantage is a massive plus for us,I’d favour us to beat any of the other semi finalists at home but probably fancy us losing away.
Us and Cas are certainly the form horses although in the run Cas are on their best win was against a wire side with one and a half eyes on a cup final and I feel we put a big marker down against Saints and have a few more bodies to come back although Gale returning for them is a massive boost.
Whichever way it goes I think it will be tight and I now really think Cas deserve their names mentioned as one of the top teams in Superleague regardless of the result, they have got over last season, the Zak Hardaker debacle, an awful defeat early doors to saints and have consistently gone about their business this season despite a lot of injuries and their best player being injured for the majority.

Without doubt. This Cas side isn’t like the Huddersfield team that won the LLS. There was average players throughout that side whereas this Cas team is pretty much full of good players from
1-17.

I recon both Cas and Wigan would rather play us.

| I agree with most here; I see Cas as our biggest obstacle to winning the GF this year.

| Cas have got an excellent team, rode the storm of injuries this year, but seem to have a good fit squad at the right time.
It’ll be an excellent win if we can get it , but being a home, combined with Wane, Sam, Bateman last game, I fancy us.

| We sold just over a thousand tickets yesterday for the away trip - duty rumours are were aiming for 4000+
The major issue is a Friday night adventure which is the M62
Should be a good atmosphere for the fixture.

If that's true, then we may make it above 10,000. Semi Final and last game for Wane, Tomkins, Bateman, Sutton or not, our support is not very good at sticking their hands in their pockets for anything other than a final, and we are getting pretty poor at that too!
